Donkey camps
The life of a working donkey is particularly hard in Pakistan where they are overworked, put on a poor diet, and have little or no veterinary treatment. To help such donkeys we hold regular donkey camps, where our veterinary team set up mobile clinics to provide first aid and much-needed medical treatment
What does give us some comfort is that a lot of owners bring their donkeys voluntarily when they hear about our clinics. An important factor of our donkey camps is education, to educate the owners in regards to how important proper medical checkups are, the proper diet to give, and the general well-being of the animal.
Also, do not just dump the donkey once too sick or old but contact us, that we are here to help not just for the donkey but for them as well.
